Meanwhile, the Nigeria Nationwide League One (NLO) which is the third tier of the League in Nigeria will commence on Wednesday 10th of February, 2021.

In recent time, major leagues in Nigeria have suffered series of postponements, but it seems all is the set for 2020/21 league season for top leagues in the country. Recall that the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) started about four weeks ago while the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) already resumed on December 27th.
