Sierra Leone Starts Investigation about Bed and Pillow

By Olamide Oyetunji - Sierra Leone Football Association have set up a disciplinary committee to investigate the controversial matter of the alleged bad treatment by the hosts of the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations matchday three qualifier between Nigeria and Sierra Leone.

A certain Leone star of Sierra Leone player has gotten international attention after he revealed in a viral video that the hospitality by the Nigeria Football Federation is inadequate.

According to the player who goes by the name Kei Kamara claimed that the beds provided by the hotel managements at which his team and the delegates from his country are accommodated are bad.

However, in a circular dated 12th November, 2020, the Sierra Leone Football Association through the leadership of Isha Johansen have done damage limitation by apologizing to the Nigeria Football Federation and the management of the hotel in what they called unprofessional conduct.

The Super Eagles will slug it out on the pitch with Sierra Leone inside the refurbished Samuel Ogbemudia stadium in Benin City of Edo State on Friday.
