"I Will Be Out For Two Week" - Super Eagles Star Gives Update on Injury

By Olamide Oyetunji - Nigeria will play Sierra Leone in Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers and the former African champions are having some injury concerns with some days away.

Super Eagles Coach Gernot Rohr announced his squad for the double-header a week earlier but the injury to diminutive winger Moses Simon has already forced a sudden change as Lanky striker Paul Onuachu was picked from the emergency log.

The Franco-German be visiting the standby list again as another experienced player could eventually withdraw due to an unfortunate injury sustained on club duty.

Kenneth Omeruo has officially revealed that he will be out of action for two weeks due to the damage he suffered over the weekend in the colours of Leganes.

The 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner made the revelation in the reaction to a story he tagged as fake news on social media.

Kenneth Omeruo stated that he has not returned to training as reported by a portal which has given lots of Super Eagles fans hope that he might be ready for the fixtures.
