Everybody loves jollof rice because it is a delightful meal which is the sole reason why some people attend parties in Nigeria.
As we are approaching the festive period, it will become the number one food on every families list. And we don’t blame them.
Jollof rice is a winner in our book all day as many famous people are also becoming addicted to the special delicacy which includes Actors, Politicians and talented Athletes.
Talking about sportsmen, Jollof rice is becoming the attractive factor for foreign players with Nigeria connection as it appears in the case of a German born footballer.
The 21-year-old Sparta Rotterdam goalie safeguarded the high profile for Nigerian jollof rice by making order for the dish inside the hotel situated in Benin City.
In the picture he posted on Instagram with the funny quote "This Food oo", the bowl consisted a mold of Jollof Rice proudly supported by fried plantain also known as " Dodo" and some assorted meats and fishes.
Okoye is not the only player with European upbringing to show delight in having a plate of Jollof rice on their table with William Troost-Ekong and Leon Balogun making their confession in the past.
