Chelsea last two English Premier League Fixtures, Date and Time

The Blues are currently third on the log and need to at least win the remaining two games to maintain the third position and to also make the UEFA Champions League spot.

Leicester City and Manchester United are still fully in the race for top four finish, any loss from Chelsea may send the Blues to fifth position and will be missing out in the next season UEFA Champions League.
