By Emmanuel Oladele - Nigeria Taiwo Awoniyi on Sunday was stretchered off the pitch after a dangerous collision in the Bundesliga fixture matchday 31 between his club Mainz and Augsburg. He collided with Augsburg defender, Felix Uduokhai which made the defender to fall unconsciously.

The Mainz striker after being revived was immediately taken to the Hospital and reports confirmed that the Nigerian is in a stable condition.
