By Ilekhuoba Taiye - Nigerian international, Wilfred Ndidi has showered encomiums on his Leicester city boss, Brendan Rodgers for his rapid improvement as a player.
After a disappointing season under ex Leicester boss, Claude Puel, Rodgers took over in February 2019.
Speaking with The Out of Home Podcast, the 23-year-old admitted that the former Celtic manager changed his game and helped him and his teammates comprehend with simple things unfamiliar among them.
"Playing under [Brendan] Rodgers has changed my game so much after from the fact that I moved from an attacking team to a possession team," Ndidi told The Out of Home Podcast.
"When he [Rodgers] came, he was trying to make us understand that he will always be there for us. He makes time to meet the players individually and tries to make us understand that there is space in the sky for us to improve."
"Since he came, I won’t lie to you I have improved as a player because I now understand simple things I never knew."

The former Genk midfielder who arrived the King Power Stadium in 2017 has played under Claudio Ranieri, Craig Shakesphere and Claude Puel before the appointment of Brendan Rodgers as Leicester City manager.
