Osimhen named Best Newcomer in French League

By Ilekhuoba Taiye - Despite the annulment of the French league, Super Eagles and Lille forward Victor Osimhen has been named the best newcomer this season in the French Ligue 1.

The Nigeria international scored 18 goals in 36 appearances including his first two Champions League goals against Chelsea and Valencia.

Argentine's and PSG's Angel De Maria was also acknowledged as ligue 1 best player this season.
