According to Salami told Mercato, "firstly, he feels very good in Manchester with whom he is close to a wage agreement. Talks with the Chinese club are ongoing and going well."
"Secondly, regarding the new rules put in place there, it's nearly impossible to offer such amounts," Ladi Salami added.
The 30-year-0ld has been impressive since joining Manchester United on loan in January from Shanghai Shenhua, scoring four goals in 8 appearances, four of which he came in as a substitute.
It's certain that Manchester United want Odion Ighalo but Shanghai Shenhua seems to be demanding what United may not want to pay for the Nigerian.
