By Emmanuel Oladele - Good News for the English Premier League as there is no new COVID-19 positives in the latest round of testing, but not so for the English Football League as 17 positive tests were recorded.
1,130 players and club staff were tested on Thursday and Friday in the English Premier League and all of them passed the test, this will be the fourth screening session ahead of EPL restart.
With no record of positive tests in the English Premier League, this will serve as a boost for the league to return on the June 17 proposed date.
The 17 positive tests in the EFL may be a huge setback for the leagues as 10 of the cases are from the Championship while the remaining 7 are from League Two. According to reports, no testing programme yet for the League One.

- Round 3: 1,008 Tests, 4 Positives
- Round 4: 1,130 Tests, 0 Positives
