Chelsea ready to make a shock move for German hitman

In recent time the German has been impressive and Chelsea are interested in the service of the 23-year-old who is valued around £20m.

The former Hamburger SV joined SC Freiburg in 2018 and has made 43 appearances for the German side, scoring 14 goals.
