Shocking Story of How Nigerian Footballers Gets to Uzbekistan to become Cafe Workers and Car Wash Attendants

Information reaching Nigfooty.com from Uzbekistan revealed how some Nigerian Football agents subjected Football players from Nigeria to what could be called 'abject suffering'.

Nwufo Amaechi Patrick who is also a Nigerian Football Agent based in Uzbekistan revealed that some agent from Nigeria collects money from players, secure visa for them and send them down to Uzbekistan without following them, with the view that someone will be coming to the airport to pick them up. These players gets to the airport in Uzbekistan without anyone coming to pick them, in which case some Nigeria Footballers have turned to Cafe workers (to wash plates) and Car Wash attendants in Uzbekistan just to survive.

Patrick noticed that such agents are still scamming other players with photos from players sent from Uzbekistan, Patrick strongly advised that Football agents of this type should stop such act, as most of the players sent by Nigerian Agents to Uzbekistan are currently suffering in the country and not playing for any club.

According to him, his own players would have also fall victim of such suffering if he had not traveled with them, the moment he noticed that clubs in Uzbekistan are not willing to take his players due to policy related issues, with the connections he was having with neighboring countries, he moved his players to other clubs in those countries.
