By Oladele Emmanuel - Everton manager, Carlo Ancelotti has contacted Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez for a possible summer move for the Columbia international. According to Mundo Deportivo, the manager has offered Rodriguez a four-year contract with other terms associated with it.
Real Madrid reportedly want to offload the player for £35m. The 28-year-old has not leave up to expectation since joining Madrid in 2014 from AS Monaco, though he was sent on loan to Bayern Munich between 2017-2019, where he made 43 appearances, scoring 14 goals.
If the midfielder will agree the terms in the four-year contract, a move to Everton is imminent.
