Didier Drogba hope of becoming Ivory Coast FA President was partially shattered today, surprisingly, he made no votes from the contest.
Reports confirmed that non of the ex-players voted for the 42-year-old former Chelsea Forward, but the Chelsea legend is not totally out of the contest as Active Footballers Association, referees, coaches and Physios are yet to cast their votes.
League Boss, Sory Diabate is currently leading the poll with 11 votes out of possible 14 from ex-players, as three people were not available and did not cast their votes.
Drogba retired from Football in 2018 but was ready to continue life with Football as Ivorian FA boss, the Ivorian will now have to wait for the remaining parts of the election.
