COVID-19: Pep Guardiola's Mother Dies at 82

Pep Guardiola's mother, Dolors Sala Carrió has died from Coronavirus (COVID-19), she died in Barcelona at the age of 82.

Manchester City confirmed the news with a statement on Twitter, "the Manchester City family are devastated to report the death today of Pep's mother Dolors Sala Carrió in Manresa, Barcelona after contracting coronavirus. She was 82 years old.

Everyone associated with the club sends their most heartfelt sympathy at this most distressing time to Pep, his family and their friends," the club announced on their Twitter account.
