Kepa Arrizabalaga poor run of form should be blamed on Lampard

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard as a leader has so much contributed to the poor run of form of Spanish Goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

The 25-year-old was said to be going through emotional trauma after breaking up with his long-term girlfriend Andrea Perez.

Lampard should have also consider the present situation and understand with the goalkeeper to manage him in this tough time. But the Chelsea manager is quick in criticising the player who was at his best in his first season at Stamford Bridge.

Going through emotional trauma can in so much way affects someone's productivity but Frank Lampard has failed to understand with Kepa or help him in his hard time.

A leader should always learn how to help your followers when they are going through hard time. Lampard should learn to do this, Kepa Arrizabalaga is not a bad goalkeeper.
