It looks certain the the midfielder will be moving but Sky Sports suggest that Lille want to keep the Frenchman until January 26 so as to be part of the game against Paris-Saint Germain.
Lille would be expecting £50m from any team that would take the player away from Stade Pierre-Mauroy.
Soumare who has two-and-a-half years left on his contract with Lille is a playmaker and has made 23 appearances for the club in all competitions this season, including six in the UEFA Champions League and has been fantastic for the club.
