Arsenal have joined the race to sign £90m rated midfield general

Arsenal is the latest club to join the race to sign Leicester City midfielder James Maddison. The English International has so much been linked with a move to Manchester United but United have not been able to sign the player as Brendan Rodger insisted that non of his team members will be leaving the club during January Transfer window. The Sun confirmed Arsenal's interest in the attacking midfielder.

The England International has been fantastic since joining Leicester City 18 months ago from Norwich City, and has been instrumental to the Foxes second place spot on the English Premier League log.

The 23-year-old is valued around £90m and Arsenal will need to battle Manchester United for the service of the playmaker.

Arsenal signing Maddison will bring so much creativity into Mikel Arteta's squad.
