Patrick Vieira on Arsenal job

Though Arsenal want Manchester City Assistant Mikel Arteta to replace Unai Emery, but Patrick Vieira has also told friends that he's interested in taking over the managerial position at Arsenal.

The Frenchman is optimistic about joining the club he spent nine years of his career as a footballer: "You can never ignore a club where you've spent nine years," Vieira said.

The former Arsenal Star is currently enjoying life at Nice, where he defeated Metz 4-1 over the weekend and are currently 13 on the log.
