Leicester City defeat Arsenal to keep title hope alive

Leicester City at King Power Stadium on Saturday night defeated inconsistent Arsenal side to keep Premier League title hope alive, 2-0 it ended in favour of Leicester.

After a goalless first half, Jamie Vardy breaks the deadlock for Leicester City with a superb finish in the 68th minute, the English man slides home a well laid pass from Tielemans to give City a 1-0 lead.
James Maddison doubled Leicester's lead in the 75th minute, a superb pass from Jamie Vardy to Maaddison on the edge of the box, as he takes the ball pass Bellarin before sending the ball into the bottom left-hand corner of the net, leaving Leno with no option.

Perplexed Arsenal side were unable to overturn the 2-0 deficit until the end of the game.

Leicester City are now second on the log which put the team in a better position to challenge Liverpool and others for the League title, but the game between Liverpool and Manchester City on Sunday will determine their fate of sitting in the second position. The defeat for Arsenal has condemned Unai Emery side to 6th place on the log.

At the end of the game, it Leicester City 2-0 Arsenal, so it ended at the King Power Stadium in the City of Leicester.
