'Tochukwu' who was part of the Nigerian senior national team squad that went to Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup secured the comfortable full three points for his team with a first half double.
The 27-year-old scored in the 27th and 38th minutes respectively to put the hosts in control at the Stadio Ezio Scida.
Team third goal from Giovanni Crociata in the second half sealed the victory for the 'Pythagoreans' even with a late consolation from De Luca for Entella.
Simi Nwankwo played for 71 minutes before leaving the pitch for a befitting loud ovation. He has scored a total of five goals in 8 appearances this season and Crotone are currently second on the Serie B log with 14 overall points from seven league matches.
