Choi Minseo put Korea ahead in the 41st minute but Abubakar Bukola Saraki FC striker Olakunle Olusegun didn't allow the Asians to finish celebration when he put Nigeria back to the contest.
Olakunle Olusegun scored again in the 86th and Charles Etim's curly shot outside the box sailed into the net to make it goal number 4 in added minutes.
Nigeria will face Hungary, Ecuador and Australia in Group B of the Championship while Korea Republic will compete against Haiti, France and Chile in Group C.
