Ekong Named in Italian Serie A Team of the Week

Nigerian defender William Troost-Ekong has been named in the Serie A Team of The Week.
Ekong who is Super Eagles vice captain was quite impressive in Udinese’s 1-0 home win against Ola Aina’s Torino on Sunday. That performance sealed his name in the team of the week.

That was the second time the Nigerian international will be named in the team of the week this season.

Troost-Ekong has made six league appearances for Udinese this season.
