We will not give up on Tammy Abraham - NFF

In-form Chelsea striker, Tammy Abraham is subject to close international watch again according reports making the rounds.
Three time African champions,Nigeria have made failed attempts in the past to lure the 21-year-old away from playing for his residential Three Lions of England.

Latest report coming out from Daily Mail suggests that the Nigeria Football Federation President Amaju Melvin Pinnick confirms the latest approach:

"We will not relent in our quest for good players to play for the country and win laurels. We'll keep talking to good players of Nigeria descent to play for their fatherland. But like you know, these kids are very independent minded.

In fact, we have been told to wait until April 2020, when he hopes to make a final decision on the matter. I told him that he stood a better chance of playing regularly for Nigeria than with England, which has a galaxy of strikers of the English stock.”

Kevin Oghenetega Tamaraebi Bakumo-Abraham is the highest scoring player in English football in the 2019 calendar year with 30 goals for Aston Villa and Chelsea.

The former Swansea City hitman made his senior international debut against Germany in an exhibition game on the 10th of November, 2017 and has the total of two caps.
