Super Sub Osimhen fires Lille to a sweet victory

Nigeria Super Forward Victor Osimhen was a 19th minute substitute in French Ligue 1 game between Lille and St-Etienne at the Stade Pierre-Mouroy, he replaced Loic Remy on the night.

The Nigerian was quick to make impact as he grabbed the opening goal for Lille in the 37th minute, via a superb ball control and a brilliant strike, to end the first half 1-0 in favour of Lille.

Jonathan Bamba doubled Lille's lead from the spot in the 69th minute before Victor Osimhen sealed the victory for Galtier led side in the 74th minute via another superb ball control and brilliant effort, thanks to Z. Celik for the low cross that assisted the goal.

Osimhen has now scored 4 goals in 3 matches for Lille making him the top goal scorer in the French Ligue 1.

Lille are now 4th on the log with 6 points after 3 games. After the entire game duration, it Lille 3-0 St-Ethienne, so it ended at Stade Pierre-Mouroy.
