Golden Eaglets coach Manu Garba has released the preliminary list of 52 players that would likely represent Nigeria at the upcoming FIFA U17 World Cup in Brazil later this year.
On top of the list is Nigeria Professional Football League joint top scorer Sanusi Ibrahim who was declared eligible last week after passing the MRI test. Other notable names on the list are U17 Africa Cup of Nations sensations, Akinwumi Amoo and Olakunle Olusegun.
Also included in the list are 16 players who took part in the U16 Dream Cup in Japan.
The list consist of 6 goalkeepers, 12 defenders, 12 midfielders and 22 attackers.
