Rangers International of Enugu will face AS Pelican of Gabon in the CAF Confederation Cup second round. The Gabonese on Sunday defeated AS Maniema Union of DR. Congo by 2-4 on penalties following a 2-2 draw on aggregate, as the first leg of the fixture ended 1-1, likewise the second leg.
The first leg of the fixture will be played in Gabon between 13 and 15 of September, while the return leg will hold at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Stadium in Enugu two weeks after the first legs game.
Rangers of Enugu will hope to secure victory in the second round over the Gabonese next month, so as to progress into the next round of the Competition.
