Reports coming from FC Porto says former Real Madrid Goalkeeper Iker Casillas suffered a heart attack in Wednesday morning training session and has been hospitalized since the incident.
The goalkeeper was having a strange feelings in his chest before been taken to the hosipital. The good news coming from Portugal this evening says, the Spanish Football Legend is now in a stable condition.
The Porto goalkeeper is understood to have undergone a surgery (Cardiac Catheterisation).
The statement released by FC Porto this afternoon also confirmed the condition of former Madrid skipper, "Iker Casillas suffered an acute myocardial heart attack during training on Wednesday morning. The training session was promptly interrupted to provide assistance to the FC Porto goalkeeper, who is currently at CUF Hospital, Porto. Casillas is well, stable and his heart problem is resolved."
