NPFL: Lobi Stars beat MFM FC to go 6th in Group A

Lobi Stars of Makurdi of Wednesday defeated their Lagos counterpart MFM FC by 2-1 in a Matchday 3 Rescheduled fixture.
Great strike from Dare Ojo put Lobi Stars ahead in the 16th minute of the game. 12 minutes later, Chijioke Akuneto got the equaliser for the visitors in the 28th minute of the game, the first half ended 1-1.

In the second half, Monsuru Bashiru 70th minute strike gave the host the desired victory in the thrilling encounter.
Lobi Stars have now moved up to 6th position on group A NPFL log following their 2-1 home win over MFM FC of Lagos. They have played 6 games this season in the Nigeria Professional Football League and bagged 11 points.

After 90 minutes, it Lobi Stars 2-1 MFM FC, so it ended at Aper Aku Stadium in Makurdi.
