Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo was substituted due hamstring injury before the half time in Portugal's home draw with Serbia on Monday in EURO 2020 qualifiers.
The former world football of the year signaled the coach to replace him and immediately head to the dressing room for further treatment.
Despite his side loosing by 1-0, the Skipper immediately made way for Pizzi who replaced him, the game which later ended 1-1.
The 34-year-old attacker will be very important to Juventus Champions League quarter-final campaign against Ajax, but the player is now in doubt for the encounter.
