Copa del Rey: Madrid held Barcelona to 1-1 draw at Camp Nou

Barcelona on Wednesday night in the Copa del Rey semi final first leg match were held to a 1-1 draw by sensational Real Madrid Side.

Lucas Váquez opened scoring for Madrid 6minutes into the game after receiving a great pass from Karim Benzema to give the Madrid the lead. The first half of the Copa del Rey semi final match ended 1-0 in favour of the visitors.
The second half resumed with a lot of excitements but it was Barcelona that got the only goal of the half via Brazilian striker Malcom Filipe to restore parity to Ernesto Valverde side. The introduction of Barcelona key man Lionel Messi in the 63rd minute could not turn things around for the host.

The second leg of this fixture will hold Wednesday 27 February at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid.
After the entire game duration, it Barcelona 1-1 Real Madrid, so it ended at Camp Nou.
