A Must Read: Real Reason why Fatai Osho left Remo Stars

Former Remo Stars head coach Fatai Osho has finally spoken about the real reason he stepped down from his position at the Sagamu-based club.
Osho said he quit Remo Stars because he would not work under another coach in Nigeria as that would affect the football philosophy he has worked tirelessly to develop.

He stepped down as Remo Stars coach after former Plateau United coach Kennedy Boboye was reportedly appointed to manage him.

“I will never work under another coach in Nigeria as this will affect my football philosophy, which I have worked hard on,” he said.

“I want to take responsibility for what I do.”
Osho won Remo Stars a prompt return to the NPFL and insisted he walked out on the team without any bitterness.

“I respect the decision of the owner (Kunle Soname). He’s like a father to me and the team remain close to my heart,” Osho concluded.

Fatai Osho has coached several clubs including Crown FC and Supreme Court FC.
