CONCACAF: Alex Morgan of the United State wins female player of the year

United State and Orlando Pride female football star Alex Morgan has won the 2018 female player of the year award for the fourth time. The super star was instrumental to United State qualification to the 2019 FIFA Women World Cup in France. Morgan also help the United State in 2018 to a remarkable 18 wins, 2 draws and 0 loss.
The 29-year-old star born in San Diego, California won the 2018 CONCACAF Women Championship with United State recording 5 wins, 0 draw and 0 loss and moreover did not conceded a goal in the tournament with United State scoring a total of 26 goals.
Morgan is winning the title for the fourth record time, in 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

The Orlando Pride player also had an outstanding performance for his club in 2018, finishing the NWSL season as one of the team top goal scorers, scoring a total of 5 goals in 19 appearances for Orlando Pride.
