Report coming from Chelsea says, the Blues have agreed to swap Alvaro Morata for Gonzalo Higuain. The deal is expected to go through in January transfer window.
Chelsea have been struggling with their center forward position since the beginning of the season, despite the presence of Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud, getting goals via their center forward have been a little difficult, both strikers (Morata and Giroud) have only scored 12 goals in 48 appearances this season.
In a bid to get a prolific striker, Chelsea is set to offload Alvaro Morata and land Gonzalo Higuain in a swap deal.
Nigfooty Sports can report that Chelsea have reached an agreement Milan, which will see Higuain playing for Chelsea for the next six month.
Higuain who was on a 2 years long term loan with AC Milan from Juventus, will spend part of the loan term with Chelsea.
The Argentine is expected to remain with Chelsea till the end of the current season.
On the other hand, Morata will be going on 18-month loan deal, which means he will be away from Chelsea for the next 18 months.
