Nigerian International Anthony Nwakaeme has lauded the super Eagles performance in their last two friendly games against Poland and Serbia.
“The games against Poland and Serbia were a good test for the team and in terms of the play, they did well showing their qualities, but were not lucky.”
The Hapoel Beer-Sheva forward made his debut for Nigeria in their last 2018 World Cup qualifying game against Algeria but was left out of the friendly games between Serbia and Poland.
Nwakaeme also stated his intention of wanting a return to the Super Eagles fold “I’m hoping to be back in the team because I
believe I can offer a lot more.” Nwakaeme has been in fine form for his Israeli based side Hapoel Beer-Sheva this season scoring six goals and making four assist in 17 games so far these season.
