The Super Eagles most capped player celebrated the coach who gave him his International debut in Nigeria last group match against England in the 2002 Korea/Japan World Cup.

So grateful that God brought Chief Adegboye Onigbinde and his crew my way. Wishing you a happy birthday, a new age in good health and prosperity. God bless you Sir.”
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) also celebrated Onigbinde on twitter sending him a birthday message.
