La Liga: Las Palmas 1-2 Sevilla, Etebo and Imoh Ezekiel in action

On Saturday afternoon in the game week 24 of the Spanish LA Liga, Super Eagles duo of Oghenekaro Etebo and Imoh Ezekiel were on the losing side with Las Palmas against Sevilla as the battle against relegation continues.

Etebo was in the starting line-up for Las Palmas and did his best to help his team but yet they were defeated by the impressive Sevilla side.
27 year Old Frenchman Wissam Ben Yedder opened scoring in the 35th minute of the encounter to give Sevilla the lead in the first half. Pablo Sarabia doubled the lead for Sevilla 5 minutes into the second half through an assist from Argentina Franco Damian Vazquez.

Argentina Striker Jonathan Calleri pull one back for Las Palmas from the spot, but was not enough to avoid the defeat.

Etebo played the entire duration of the encounter while fellow Nigerian Imoh Ezekiel came in as a substitute to replace Gabriel Martin Peñalba in the 42nd minute of the first half, but could not prevent his team defeat.

After 90 minutes, Las Palmas 1-2 Sevilla.
