West Ham United 1-0 Chelsea: Hammers Fell on Chelsea

West Ham United recorded a shocking 1-0 win over Premier League champions Chelsea at the London Stadium.

The Hammers broke the deadlock after seven minutes as Marko Arnautovic combined with Manuel Lanzini before curling a left-footed effort into the botom corner.

The Blues lacked ideas for most of the first half and went into the break trailing by the one goal.
Antonio Conte introduced the likes of Pedro Rodriguez,Willian and Victor Moses in the second half as they pushed for an equalising goal.

However, Moyes' men managed to see off Chelsea's attacks in the second half to claim a vital victory.
