Calabar Viewing Centre Tragedy : Manchester United Players to wear black armbands against Swansea on Sunday

In memory of Calabar Viewing Centre tragedy, Manchester United Players will be putting on black armbands against Swansea City on Sunday in a English Premier League Match scheduled for 12:00noon Nigeria Time.

About a week ago, more than 80 fans were watching Manchester United FC Europa Cup match against Anderlecht in a viewing centre when a high-tension cable fell on viewing centre and according to Nigeria Police, 7 People died in the incident and some others severely injured after they were electrocuted by the high-tension. Though Manchester United won the match 2-1 against Anderlecht, but it was a different story in Nigeria as 7 fans died and 10 others seriously injured.

In honour of these great Football Followers, Manchester United Players will wear black armbands against Swansea City on Sunday.
