Nigeria Professional Football League side Remo Stars through their social media platform announced the departure of four youngsters to CD Feirense of Portugal.
The players are Edward Abubu, Gbadamosi Ibrahim, Ofufu N. Ibeh and Dayo Femi. "We are delighted to announce the departure of quadruple players to CD Feirense of Portugal. Edward Abubu, Gbadamosi Ibrahim, Ofufu N. Ibeh and Dayo Femi all completed a move to the Portuguese side for an undisclosed fee. The players represented the U19 side of the Sky Blue Stars in last year's Metro Pro League with Ofufu N. Ibeh emerging as the highest goalscorer of the League with 20goals. Edward Abubu and Dayo Femi featured for the side in the defensive position while Ibrahim Gbadamosi played as an attacker.
We wish them the very best as the players will be looking forward to starting a new life in Portugal." Remo Stars are one of the few privately owned clubs in Nigeria and they are currently battling relegation.
