Big Sam appointed as Crystal Palace Coach

Some hours after the departure of Alan Pardew, the management of Crystal Palace have announced the appointment of Sam Allardyce as the club new coach.

Crystal Palace former coach Alan Pardew was sacked on Thursday following his team poor performance in the English Premier League. Crystal Palace is currently 17th on the log after 17 matches so far this season. Alan Pardew has been in the club since 2015 January and he has not been able to turn things around for the premier league side.

Nigeria Football and Others Media gathered that, Sam Allardyce representatives started the deal negotiations with Crystal Palace Chairman, Steve Parish, on Friday and the deal is now a done deal after four hours of personal talks with the Club Chairman.

The former England coach will now be in charge of the club for the next two and a half years. The 62 year old handler will also be in charge of the team on box day as they play away to Watford.

The Former England coach seems to be happy with the deal and hope to bring some smile to the face of the fans.
